Shipping

We ship your order safely and reliably to Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and many countries outside the EU.

🇩🇪 🇳🇱 Germany & Netherlands

Free shipping.
Delivery time: 3–5 working days

🇪🇺 Other EU countries

Due to new EU packaging regulations that have to be met separately in each country, we are currently unable to ship to other EU countries. This is a pause, not a goodbye – we are working on it and very much hope to ship across Europe again soon.

🇨🇭 Switzerland & Liechtenstein

We ship with Deutsche Post Warenpost International.

Shipping costs:
up to €89 → €8.90 · from €90 → free

Delivery time: 3–8 working days

Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are paid by the recipient directly to the responsible authorities.

Shipping costs are calculated in CHF at the current exchange rate.

If a shipment is refused or not collected, the resulting return and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

For orders in foreign currencies, daily exchange rates may cause slight differences in the shipping costs displayed.

Delivery times

Unless stated otherwise on the product page:

Germany & Netherlands: 3–5 working days
Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 3–8 working days
United Kingdom: 3–5 working days
Rest of the world: 4–7 working days

Delivery time starts once payment has been received.
No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order several items with different delivery times, we ship everything together. The longest delivery time of the items ordered applies.
