We ship your order safely and reliably within Germany, across the EU, and worldwide.

Free shipping within Germany and to all EU member states
Delivery time: 3–5 business days

🇨🇭 Switzerland

We ship with Deutsche Post Warenpost International.

Shipping costs:

0–89 € → 12,90 € 90 € and above → free

Delivery time: 3–8 business days

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are paid directly by the recipient to the relevant authorities.

If a shipment is not accepted or not collected, the resulting return and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom (UK)

Shipping costs:

0–89 £ → £9.90 | from 90 £ → free shipping

Delivery time: 3–5 business days

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are paid directly by the recipient to the relevant authorities.

If a shipment is not accepted or not collected, the resulting return and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

🌍 Rest of the World

Insured shipping: €24.90

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

  • Germany: 3–5 business days

  • Switzerland: 4–7 business days

  • International: 4–7 business days

Delivery times begin once payment has been received.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order multiple items with different delivery times, your order will be shipped together. The longest delivery time applies.
